Responsibilities

• Support national and international companies with various commercial law issues
• Work directly on diverse and exciting legal mandates
• Conduct legal research and assist with legal opinions, contracts, and briefs
• Help build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Work independently within a multidisciplinary team environment

Requirements

• Law degree with a First State Examination (above average)
• Very good communication skills in both German and English
• Committed and responsible personality with a strong team spirit
• Meticulous and precise way of working
