Responsibilities

• Advise medium-sized German companies and Swiss corporate subsidiaries on all matters of corporate law
• Manage corporate housekeeping and coordinate complex national and international reorganizations
• Provide conceptual advice to German and foreign companies and financial investors regarding corporate, contract, and commercial law
• Advise on national and international M&A processes on both buy-side and sell-side
• Advise financing clients in the venture capital sector
• Draft and negotiate contracts, including cross-border intercompany agreements

Requirements

• Full legal qualification (Volljurist:in) with two above-average state examinations
• Several years of law firm experience in the Corporate / M&A field
• Very good communication skills in both German and English
• Committed and responsible personality with strong team spirit and a meticulous way of working

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cross-border transactions and international corporate structures
• Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced professional environment
