Recertification Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of files to ensure compliance with Affordable Programs including Move-Ins, Annual Recertification, and Interim Recertification
• Monitor the re-certification process to ensure community staff completes required certifications timely
• Prepare for MOR, LIHTC, and other relevant agency audits
• Ensure documentation and forms used by site staff are up to date and compliant with governing agencies
• Instruct and oversee community staff to maintain compliance with HUD and LIHTC programs
• Monitor EIV Compliance and maintain the EIV binder, resolving all discrepancies
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospective tenants

Requirements

• Two years of affordable housing compliance experience
• Knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, Bond, and multilayered programs
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions
• Experience with Yardi and RealPage
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills
• Extremely detail-oriented with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• TACC, COS, BOS, AHM, or other widely known affordable housing compliance certifications
