Responsibilities
- Prepare guest arrivals
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs
- Provide physical and telephone reception
- Escort guests to their rooms
- Listen to guests and provide information and assistance
Requirements
- Hospitality training (BTS or equivalent)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Discretion and organizational capacity
- Team spirit
- Ability to maintain a smile in all circumstances
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Opéra reservation software
- Proficiency in English
