Responsibilities
- Verify and process reservations (notably via Expedia) and set up billing instructions
- Control arrivals and prepare full credit/coverage files
- Manage room assignments for individuals and groups
- Monitor and follow up on debtors and full credits
- Check guests exceeding credit limits and monitor guest statuses/complimentaries
- Send weekly notes and verify rate changes
- Control group billing in collaboration with the night auditor
- Manage Back Office phone calls and emails
- Handle specific billing tasks for congresses, the International Film Festival, and summer delegations
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel Front and Back Office operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to shifts (morning/evening)
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
