About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate VIP client stays in collaboration with ancillary services
- Welcome VIP clients according to the House standards
- Enthusiastically engage clients during their stay and ensure personalized follow-up
- Participate in developing responses to complaints and ensure follow-up with clients and relevant services
- Represent Management on the floor while maintaining a security oversight of the lobby
- Provide support to the Reception teams as necessary, including occasional night shifts
Requirements
- Proficiency in Opéra and Micros software
- Fluency in English
- Experience in the hospitality industry
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer sensitivity
- Rigor and team spirit
