About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure personalized and memorable guest welcomes in a 5-star environment
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and special requests
  • Handle concierge services, excursions, room service, and guest complaints
  • Maintain reception and lobby cleanliness and order
  • Manage reservations via phone and email and optimize sales
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance departments
  • Control billing, validate payments, and manage the cash fund
  • Optimize upselling opportunities for rooms, breakfast, and spa
  • Contribute to the establishment's CSR initiatives

Requirements

  • Hospitality training (Bac Pro/BTS hospitality)
  • 1-2 years minimum experience in 4/5 star reception
  • Fluent English and impeccable French
  • Proficiency with Opera Cloud PMS
  • Excellent presentation and luxury service values
  • Strong organizational skills and stress resistance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically in Guest Relations
  • Proficiency in a second foreign language
