About the Company

Fouquet's Courchevel is a Palace Hotel located in Courchevel 1850, at the foot of the famous Bellecôte slope. Part of the Barrière Group, a leader in luxury hospitality, casinos, and entertainment, the establishment offers authentic luxury, wellness spaces, and high-end dining.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee exceptional guest reception and customer service
• Act as a primary point of contact for all hotel-related inquiries
• Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Handle guest relations and information management
• Execute guest arrivals and departures following hotel procedures
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate special events (e.g., birthdays)
• Communicate guest information to relevant departments
• Control the cash drawer

Requirements

• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a bonus
• Exceptional empathy and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle demanding clients
• Adaptable and professional demeanor
