Responsibilities

• Guarantee excellent customer service and the Barrière spirit at all hours
• Act as the primary contact for hotel inquiries and concierge requests
• Manage customer complaints with tact and ensure instant resolution
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally and efficiently
• Perform daily closings, account verification, and ensure establishment security during night shifts
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate personalized events or attentions
• Communicate guest preferences to relevant departments to ensure seamless service
• Control cash drawers and ensure billing accuracy

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including day and night rotations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor
• High level of autonomy and empathy
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a significant asset
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is preferred
