About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle telephone calls and direct them appropriately
- Receive and assist clients, suppliers, and visitors
- Create, stamp, and send invoices using CONTPAQi
- Follow up on payment complements and billing documentation
- Manage collections via telephone and email
- Update accounts receivable status and record payments
- Control and archive administrative documentation
- Update client files and information
- Provide administrative support to various company departments
Requirements
- High school diploma, technical degree, or incomplete Bachelor's in administrative or accounting fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Billing Clerk, or Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency in CONTPAQi (indispensable)
- Experience with CFDI invoice creation and stamping
- Knowledge of collection processes and accounts receivable follow-up
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Experience in commercial or industrial sectors is desirable
