About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
- Manage room reservations, confirmations, and modifications
- Operate the PMS/POS system accurately
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
- Process payments, deposits, and billing transactions
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Associate in a hotel preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
