Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
• Manage room reservations, confirmations, and modifications
• Operate the PMS/POS system accurately
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Process payments, deposits, and billing transactions
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Associate in a hotel preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
• Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
