About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, guests, suppliers, and potential clients to create a welcoming environment.
- Manage incoming telephone calls professionally, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Coordinate the replenishment of pantry items, office stationery, and other essential supplies.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment with relevant vendors.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area and building entrances.
Requirements
- Diploma in a relevant field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Exceptional communication, customer care, and concierge skills.
- Professional demeanor with a high level of attention to detail and discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working within the hospitality industry.
- Experience handling VIP interactions.
- Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Dubai.
