About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and members according to company standards
- Manage club bookings, cancellations, and reservations via computer systems
- Handle phone calls and simultaneous customer interactions efficiently
- Manage cash registers, perform closing procedures, and maintain adequate cash funds
- Provide information regarding club activities, commercial actions, and other departments
- Manage customer complaints and ensure proper follow-up
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked reception and back office area
- Update customer databases including contact details and payment information
- Monitor club access to ensure only authorized persons enter
Requirements
- Proficiency in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Commercial mindset and sales orientation
- Punctuality and time management skills
- Proactivity and team spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Training in the sports or service sector is a plus
