About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, messages, and emails
- Handle front desk operations and maintain an organized reception area
- Respond to inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
- Post and update content on social media platforms
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments
- Prepare basic reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office
- Support administrative and office coordination tasks
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience handling social media platforms and online messages
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
