About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist internal and external clients in a professional and hospitable manner
- Answer and direct all incoming calls professionally
- Schedule conference rooms and meetings
- Coordinate catering needs for both internal and external clients
- Maintain the general upkeep of the reception and hospitality areas
- Perform administrative tasks such as validating parking, arranging transportation, and managing visitor badges
- Support the Marketing Department with client and firm events
- Assist with hospitality tasks including setting up video conferencing and ensuring meeting rooms and kitchens are stocked and organized
- Provide miscellaneous administrative support to various departments and practice groups
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office services, reception, or hospitality services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with employees at all levels
- Proficiency using standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, printers)
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a law firm environment
- Experience with Filesite or iManage
