About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage arrival and departure processes for all guests
  • Supervise daily shift processes and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Train, direct, and coach the front desk team
  • Handle in-house guest requests and record feedback
  • Cross-check billing instructions and ensure correct rate quoting
  • Manage telephone calls efficiently
  • Recognize Accor All members and manage loyalty points
  • Report maintenance issues and ensure completion of work
  • Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of public and back of house areas
  • Collaborate with other hotel teams and outsourced partners
  • Act as a member of the hotel's crisis and fire teams
  • Assume responsibility in the absence of the Guest Service Manager

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar supervisory role is essential
  • Experience with Micros Fidelio Opera
  • Natural leadership and team management skills
  • Strong passion for hospitality and guest experience
  • Positive, helpful, and optimistic attitude
