About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide a 5-star customer service experience
- Manage visitor registration, temporary badges, and NDA compliance
- Route incoming calls and assist employees with inquiries
- Support mail and package handling, including receiving and sorting
- Assist with meeting room scheduling and event setups
- Maintain office areas, including reception, pantry, and conference rooms
- Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, concierge, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Proficiency with MS Office, phone systems, and office equipment
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
- Ability to grasp, lift, and move packages on a wheeled cart (up to 60 lbs.)
