About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and provide a 5-star customer service experience
  • Manage visitor registration, temporary badges, and NDA compliance
  • Route incoming calls and assist employees with inquiries
  • Support mail and package handling, including receiving and sorting
  • Assist with meeting room scheduling and event setups
  • Maintain office areas, including reception, pantry, and conference rooms
  • Monitor and replenish office and pantry supplies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in receptionist, concierge, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized
  • Proficiency with MS Office, phone systems, and office equipment
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
  • Ability to grasp, lift, and move packages on a wheeled cart (up to 60 lbs.)
