About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors, manage digital guest logs, and ensure security protocols are followed
- Route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries with discretion
- Manage facility security by issuing badges and access cards
- Support Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities operations
- Coordinate catering and set up high-tech conference rooms
- Maintain pristine reception, barista, and pantry areas
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of professional experience in reception, concierge, or high-end hospitality
- Ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
- Proficiency with multi-line phone systems, PC/Mac, and MS Office
- Strong English communication skills
