Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors and answering inbound calls
• Manage visitor registration and ensure adherence to Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA)
• Handle global telephone calls and route them to appropriate personnel
• Perform light hospitality and facilities work, including stocking supplies and setting up conference rooms
• Assist with mail services, including sorting, distributing, and tracking packages
• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meeting rooms and ordering catering
• Maintain a neat and orderly reception area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of prior work experience, preferably in administrative or concierge roles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency with computer-based systems (MS Office, PC/Mac, multi-line phone systems)
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods
