About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming calls via the switchboard
- Welcome and register visitors, clients, and suppliers
- Manage physical access control and visitor logs
- Handle mail and courier services
- Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments
- Coordinate and manage meeting rooms
- Oversee reception area cleanliness and presentation
- Attend to visitors by offering seating, beverages, and guidance
- Route emails and requests to the appropriate departments
- Handle confidential information appropriately
- Ensure compliance with phone and in-person service protocols
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress
- 1–2 years of experience in reception or customer service
- Experience handling a switchboard
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English proficiency
- Strong customer service skills and knowledge of service protocols
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible, reliable, and service-oriented attitude
