Receptionist

Responsibilities

• General reception activities including receiving and forwarding calls
• Welcoming visitors and acting as a contact person for guests and employees
• Initiating measures in the event of special incidents
• Documentation of relevant data and occurrences

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Clean criminal record
• Excellent written and spoken German skills
• Proficient with PC and MS Office applications
• Driver's license B and own car to reach the workplace
• Strong service and customer orientation
• Communicative and friendly personality
