About the role

Responsibilities

  • Greet, check in, and direct individuals arriving on campus
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff, residents, or patients
  • Monitor foot traffic using security monitors and screen visitors
  • Support guests using the Accushield check-in platform
  • Coordinate with shuttle drivers for resident transportation to offsite appointments
  • Manage visitation email and phone requests
  • Coordinate delivery of flowers and packages
  • Assist with sorting resident mail and processing outgoing mail
  • Maintain front desk filing systems and calendars
  • Perform administrative duties such as copying and printing

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of college-level business courses or an Associates degree
  • Two years of administrative assistant experience
  • One year of experience with multi-line telephone systems and hand-held radios
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with peers and customers
  • Flexible schedule for on-call shifts
