About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary front-line point of contact for customers, callers, and walk-in visitors
- Operate a busy switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate team members
- Greet and direct visitors and new staff members
- Manage and book conference rooms as needed
- Monitor and distribute Americas CSR emails during absences
- Answer basic customer inquiries regarding order status and shipping dates
- Execute internal Sales Support requests and update customer master records
- File, prepare mail, and distribute customer purchase orders
- Promote OneMaxcess brand awareness across all Maxcess International brands
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities with the ability to prioritize work
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook and Excel
- Working knowledge of standard office machines (fax, copier, etc.)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Salesforce
- Experience using Oracle
