Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures
• Handle phone calls, emails, and reservation requests professionally
• Coordinate with spa therapists, attendants, and F&B teams for seamless service
• Maintain accurate records, billing, and guest profiles in the system
• Uphold brand standards in presentation, communication, and guest care

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury hospitality (hotels, spas, or wellness clubs)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Russian language skills are preferred
• Experience with reservation systems or Property Management Systems (PMS)
• High School Diploma, GED, or Associate Degree
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a premium environment
