Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out
- Act as a "superhero" for guests, ensuring all aspects of their journey are handled to the highest level
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
- Exude patience, empathy, and a professional personality to host the guest experience
- Manage front office operations with a "Yes I Can!" service ethos
Requirements
- Positive attitude and a "Yes I Can!" mindset
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
