Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
- Host the guest experience with patience, empathy, and personality
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the front office department
- Manage check-in and check-out processes and all related guest services
Requirements
- Flexibility and a positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Strong eye for detail
- Creative problem-solving skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
