Responsibilities
- Support the Front Office during peak times, weekends, and high-demand periods
- Deliver smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby to assist guests and manage flow
- Handle guest requests, questions, and challenges with a service-first attitude
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and high guest satisfaction
Requirements
