About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and smiling welcome to guests
- Manage check-in and check-out processes
- Act as a "superhero" for guests by ensuring all aspects of their journey are at the highest level
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the Reception Department
- Handle guest inquiries with patience and empathy
Requirements
- Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude and flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Creativity in problem-solving
- Passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Proficiency in IT tools, systems, and MS Office
- Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage
