About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
- Provide concierge and valet service
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security procedures are followed
- Provide general administrative support to different departments
- Monitor and manage reception area cleanliness and presentation
- Coordinate messages, deliveries, and internal communications
- Support night shift duties such as security monitoring and basic reporting
- Ensure smooth handover between day and night teams
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, front office, or customer service
- Flexible availability for day, evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email systems, or reception software)
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Trustworthy and reliable
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
