About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and assist in the smooth running of the front office department
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey are delivered to the highest level
- Take responsibility for assigned duties in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and problem resolution
- Support front office department strategies and objectives
- Maintain departmental inventory and achieve productivity targets
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements
Requirements
- Experience in front office
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Pro-active with a hands-on approach
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good IT skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle challenging priorities
