Responsibilities
- Act as a hero for our guests, ensuring every step of their stay meets expectations
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a friendly personality to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the reception service
- Manage guest arrivals and departures and everything in between
Requirements
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude and flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Passion for excellence in customer service
- Strong oral communication skills
- Team spirit and ability to work in a friendly environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
