Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the guest journey and experience are delivered to the highest level
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth running of the front office department
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
