About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and smiling welcome to all guests upon arrival
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Act as a "superhero" for guests by ensuring all aspects of their stay are delivered at the highest level
  • Proactively work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth Front Office operations
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with patience, empathy, and a professional attitude

Requirements

  • "Yes I Can!" attitude with a positive and flexible mindset
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional service
  • Fluency in both English and Polish
  • High attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
