About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and smiling welcome to all guests upon arrival
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Act as a "superhero" for guests by ensuring all aspects of their stay are delivered at the highest level
- Proactively work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth Front Office operations
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with patience, empathy, and a professional attitude
Requirements
- "Yes I Can!" attitude with a positive and flexible mindset
- Strong communication skills and a passion for exceptional service
- Fluency in both English and Polish
- High attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and hotel systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
