About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the guest journey from check-in to check-out to ensure a seamless experience
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service with a "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Proactively work with the Front Office team to ensure smooth department operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction throughout their stay
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Positive, flexible attitude and a passion for hospitality
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Turkish language skills are highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar receptionist or front office role is beneficial
