Responsibilities
- Elevate the guest experience from check-in to check-out and throughout their stay
- Act as a "superhero" for guests, ensuring all aspects of the journey are delivered to the highest level
- Proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department
- Handle the hustle and bustle of the front desk with patience and empathy
- Deliver exceptional service following the "Yes I Can!" service ethos
Requirements

- Strong verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Experience in a similar position is beneficial but not essential
