Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and smiling welcome to all guests
- Manage check-in and check-out processes
- Act as a guest superhero by ensuring all aspects of their journey are delivered at the highest level
- Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of the Reception Department
- Solve problems creatively to enhance the guest experience
Requirements

- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for creating exceptional service
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English and Polish
- Proficiency in IT tools, systems, and MS Office
