- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with attention to detail
Requirements
- Positive "Yes I Can!" attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Passion for customer service excellence
- Team spirit and strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
