Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers while providing a warm, timely welcome in line with brand standards
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest queries regarding room prices, promotions, activities, and local area information
• Process payments accurately according to cash handling procedures and manage reservations and cancellations
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth service delivery and address guest requests or complaints
• Perform general administrative duties including correspondence, email management, and filing
• Maintain reception stationeries and appropriate stock of supplies
• Drive online guest feedback and promote customer mentions to improve service quality

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department
• Proficiency in Opera PMS
• Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Strong customer-oriented approach with exceptional service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
