Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers with a warm and timely welcome in line with brand standards
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Answer guest queries and provide accurate information regarding room prices, promotions, and local activities
• Process payments accurately according to cash handling procedures and manage reservations and cancellations
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term professional relationships
• Drive online guest feedback and monitor mentions to identify areas for service improvement
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth delivery of guest requests and complaints
• Perform general office duties including correspondence, filing, and maintaining reception stationery and supplies
• Ensure the safety of all guests by following established safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department
• Proficiency in Opera PMS
• Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
