Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in line with brand standards
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Handle guest queries regarding room prices, promotions, and local activities
• Process payments accurately following cash handling procedures
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and accurate data entry for reporting
• Identify corporate leads and build long-term professional relationships
• Drive online guest feedback and promote positive name mentions
• Coordinate with all hotel departments to resolve guest requests and complaints
• Maintain reception area supplies and perform general office duties

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department
• Proficiency in Opera PMS
• Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
