About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in line with brand standards
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest queries regarding room prices, promotions, and local activities
- Process payments accurately following cash handling procedures
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and accurate data entry for reporting
- Identify corporate leads and build long-term professional relationships
- Drive online guest feedback and promote positive name mentions
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to resolve guest requests and complaints
- Maintain reception area supplies and perform general office duties
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience as a Hotel Receptionist in a Front Office department
- Proficiency in Opera PMS
- Fluency in Arabic (speaking, writing, and reading)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
