About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, managing incoming calls and enquiries
- Oversee meeting room bookings, setup, and maintenance of shared office spaces
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier bookings
- Coordinate catering and logistics for internal events, town halls, and team celebrations
- Process invoices and vendor payments via D365
- Maintain office supply inventory, stationery, and business card orders
- Support administrative tasks including document formatting and presentation assistance
- Manage office maintenance requests and security pass programming for new starters
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or reception
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and a proactive, service-driven approach
