About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, including answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Handle mail, courier deliveries, and daily newspaper distribution
- Coordinate office maintenance, building access passes, and car parking allocations
- Manage travel arrangements in compliance with company policy and perform expense reconciliation
- Oversee office supplies, stationery, grocery orders, and company clothing distribution
- Maintain a professional office environment, including kitchen tidiness and recycling management
- Provide general administrative support and manage office storage and archiving
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of related experience in a similar role preferred
- Intermediate competency across the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Professional and friendly demeanour with strong problem-solving skills
