About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and receive visitors and manage incoming calls following established service and access protocols
- Manage visitor controls, meeting room scheduling, correspondence, messaging, and internal orders
- Administer operational records and controls, including employee entries, shipments, and stationery supplies
- Provide administrative support for personnel tasks within the office
Requirements
- High school diploma completed or a degree in administrative areas (preferred)
- Proven experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent service attitude, attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication
