Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals in a professional manner
• Manage patient appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling via the clinic management system
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly
• Register new patients and maintain accurate, confidential medical records
• Verify insurance details and coordinate with providers as required
• Handle patient check-ins, check-outs, billing, and payment collection
• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility
• Currently based in Dubai, UAE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management software
• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes
• Arabic language skills
