Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide accurate information and direct visitors to the correct departments
- Handle inquiries and minor complaints courteously
- Schedule appointments and meetings as required
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and office supplies
- Support general clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company standards
