About the role

Responsibilities

  • Answer a multi-line telephone system, determine caller needs, and route calls to the appropriate department
  • Greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner
  • Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process
  • Maintain the conference room reservation schedule
  • Assist various departments with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • High School Diploma
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, drug tests, and MVR
  • Punctual with solid time-management skills
