About the role
Responsibilities
- Answer a multi-line telephone system, determine caller needs, and route calls to the appropriate department
- Greet visitors in a timely, pleasant, and professional manner
- Oversee the visitor sign-in and security process
- Maintain the conference room reservation schedule
- Assist various departments with special projects as needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- High School Diploma
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, drug tests, and MVR
- Punctual with solid time-management skills
