About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome, listen to, and identify client needs across physical, telephone, and omnichannel channels
- Promote and activate available solutions to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Organize and monitor customer satisfaction to develop Halles METRO revenue
- Connect clients with appropriate internal experts and ensure their needs are met
- Maintain and enrich the customer database to ensure quality and reliability
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers and service activation rates
Requirements
- Experience in customer relations and service sales
- Strong interpersonal skills and drive to exceed targets
- Organized, rigorous, and team-oriented mindset
- Field-oriented with a preference for varied, dynamic tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a cool environment
