About the role
Responsibilities

- Respond to patient emails and queries
- Process payments and book appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
Requirements
- Previous receptionist experience is required
- Experience within the medical industry is preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using computer software applications
- Experience with file keeping and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
