About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate associate or location
- Answer incoming communication lines with professional warmth and courtesy
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, meeting room coordination, and supply requisitions
- Process benefit commissions and carrier statements
- Provide administrative support for projects, FedEx shipments, and event essentials
- Support the Office Operations team with coffee shipments, copier maintenance, and kitchen upkeep
- Assist with the setup of video conferences across offices
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service support
- Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage changing priorities
