About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome employees, visitors, and guests to ensure a professional experience
- Manage visitor access, including issuing badges and maintaining records
- Handle inquiries from visitors, employees, and external stakeholders
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and package distribution
- Order and manage office supplies, pantry items, and food services
- Coordinate internal office communications and announcements
- Manage parking allocations, records, and monthly invoice reconciliation
- Oversee access control processes and badge management
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and celebrations
- Manage and update operational tickets
- Provide meeting room booking support and administrative assistance
Requirements
- Previous experience in receptionist, front desk, or office coordination roles
- Experience interacting with visitors and employees in a professional environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience with office administration and scheduling
- Proficiency in French and English
- Experience with ticketing systems and office productivity tools is an asset
